Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, Factory Act, Generalistic Activities, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare Fund, Manpower Planning & Time Office Management.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain good industrial relations through effective communication.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure statutory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide support in managing contract labor force by ensuring timely recruitment, training, and deployment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and other HR-related activities.
