Job Description:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Mouda, Nagpur
Experience: 48 Years
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Department: Human Resources

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily employee attendance, leave records, shifts, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, including attendance inputs, deductions, incentives, overtime, and salary revisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and resolve payroll-related employee queries.
• Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, joining and exit documentation.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and full & final settlements.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports related to headcount, attendance, payroll, overtime, and manpower.
• Coordinate with government authorities and consultants for labour law and statutory compliance.
• Support HR policies, employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Good working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus & Gratuity.
• Experience in HRMS/Payroll software and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be preferred.
