Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and workplace-related issues.
• Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
• Support payroll coordination and day-to-day HR operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labour laws.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
