Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support business growth. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback cycles
• Administer payroll coordination, compensation structures, and employee benefits
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity POSH)
• Plan and run training and development programs to build employee skills
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS and ATS tools
• Prepare HR reports and analytics (attrition, headcount, hiring metrics) for management
• Manage the exit process, including exit interviews, full and final settlement, and clearance
• Partner with department heads on manpower planning and organizational development

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• MBA or PGDM in HR preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR management role
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
