Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws.
  
• Oversee vendor relationship management to ensure smooth operation of construction projects.
  
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and clients.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks related to branch management and project execution.
  
• Provide guidance on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in human resource management or a related field (construction industry preferred).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures; knowledge of Indian labor laws an added advantage.
