Human Resource Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations with expertise in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, and Talent Acquisition across Telecom, IT, and Fashion industries.

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Telecom, IT, and Fashion roles.
• Develop hiring strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads.

Payroll & Compliance

• Manage complete monthly payroll.
• Handle salary revisions, reimbursements, incentives, leave adjustments, and F&F settlements.
• Prepare payroll reports.
• Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus.
• Prepare PF & ESI challans, returns, Form 16, Form 24Q, and statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws.

HR Operations

• Manage employee lifecycle.
• Maintain HR records.
• Draft HR policies.
• Oversee attendance, leave, performance, engagement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years HR experience.
• Hiring experience in Telecom, IT, and Fashion.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, challans, Form 16, audits.
• HRMS, payroll software, Excel proficiency.
• Leadership and communication skills.
