Human Resource Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and manage the existing team of HR Manager and HR Executive.
• Manage HR operations and manpower deployed across multiple customer/site locations across India.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, retention and employee separation processes.
• Develop and manage reliable manpower outsourcing / staffing vendors such as TeamLease and other local agencies for deployment of manpower at various sites, with the objective of reducing Ferrum's direct compliance burden and employment-related risks.
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR), employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workforce-related issues across sites.
• Develop and implement effective performance appraisal, increment, incentive, reward and employee motivation systems.
• Identify training requirements and drive employee training, development and skill enhancement programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and contract labour-related compliances.
• Monitor manpower cost, attendance, productivity and HR-related MIS across all locations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs suitable for a growing multi-site organization.
• Work closely with senior management and site teams on manpower planning, employee engagement, retention and organizational development.
