About this role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to manage talent acquisition, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, training, onboarding and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain positive employee relations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training and development programs.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR reports.
- Work closely with management and department heads on HR requirements.
- Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Handle other HR responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR management.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance and performance management.
- Experience in training, onboarding and employee development.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Preferred Candidate
A candidate with strong HR knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage recruitment, employee relations and HR operations effectively.
