• Handle employee relations,grievances,and workplace discipline.
• Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
• Improve employee engagement,retention,and team development.

Requirements

• Masters degree in HR,Business Administration,or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication,leadership,and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment,payroll coordination,and HR compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and build efficient HR systems.
