• Engagement Activities
• Performance Management System
• Salary Management
• Controlling Attendance, Leave, Gate Pass etc in HRMS Software
• Managing Naukri Portal and other Vacancy Portals like Monster, Indeed etc and Recruitment Process
• Controlling Factory System of Attendance, Leave, Salary, Bonus, Gratuity etc.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct HR audits to assess policy adherence and identify areas for improvement.
  
  
• Budgeting and other HR responsibilities
• Drafting JD, KRA, KPI
