Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project, sales, and corporate positions.
• Recruit site engineers, STP/ETP/WTP plant operators, supervisors, technicians, and project managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and ensure timely joining.
• Coordinate with project and department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment reports, and hiring targets.

Eligibility:

• MBA in HR preferred.
• 3–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EPC, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial services.
• Strong sourcing, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
