Job Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Handle HR policies, employee grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage joining formalities, exit procedures, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and HR systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR management and executive assistance.
• Experience in payroll coordination, recruitment, and office administration preferred.
