Job Location: Esplanade Area, Kolkata

Salary: Up to 6 LPA
Office Timing: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, attendance, leave, deductions, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
• Handle employee EPF and ESIC registrations, generation, and statutory records.
• Manage PF and ESIC challan processing; prior experience will be an added advantage.
• Oversee employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and offboarding.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely hiring.
• Coordinate with all Department Heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor company HR policies and procedures.
• Define and monitor employee KRAs and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Conduct periodic warehouse visits to review manpower, attendance, discipline, and HR operations.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
• Operate HRMS software for payroll, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, EPF, ESIC, recruitment, and manpower planning.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS software and MS Excel.
• Experience in HR team management, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
