Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure industrial relations by maintaining a positive work environment, resolving conflicts between employees and management, and implementing company policies.
• Oversee plant HR operations to ensure efficient utilization of resources and effective communication among team members.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve business objectives through strategic planning and execution.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in human resource management.
• Strong knowledge of HR generalist activities including recruitment, payroll management, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent understanding of industrial relations principles and practices for maintaining a healthy work environment.
