JOB DESCRIPTION HR MANAGER

Designation: HR Manager
Location: Mining Project In Odisha Sundargarh District
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Head HR / Project Head

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage day-to-day HR activities at the mining project.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, joining and deployment.
• Manage employee and contract labour attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
• Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
• Handle employee grievances and industrial relations.
• Manage employee welfare activities and facilities.
• Coordinate EPF, ESI, bonus, gratuity and other statutory benefits.
• Maintain employee records, registers and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Labour Department and other statutory authorities.
• Handle disciplinary matters and employee separation.
• Prepare manpower, attendance and HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Project, Operations, Safety, Administration and Finance teams.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are implemented at site.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma in HR, MSW, Personnel Management or equivalent.

Experience: 815 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in mining, infrastructure or industrial projects.
