Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of PF/EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax and Labour Laws.
• Experience in handling site manpower and subcontractor workforce compliance will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to be resourceful, proactive and solution-oriented when issues arise.
• Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate, preferably MBA in HR
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the Construction Industry.
