MVR Signature Spaces is looking for an experienced HR Manager with strong hands-on experience in Real Estate Recruitment & HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate profiles
• Handle bulk & lateral hiring as per business requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals and other channels
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
• Manage joining, onboarding and employee documentation
• Handle attendance, leave, employee records and HR operations
• Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning
• Manage employee engagement and HR-related concerns
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes
• Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports

Candidate Requirements:

2–5 years of relevant HR experience

Real Estate industry experience is mandatory

Hands-on recruitment/hiring experience is mandatory

Strong sourcing and screening skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to independently manage HR operations

Female candidates preferred
