Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage employee attendance, leave, and HR records on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate salary processing, payroll inputs, deductions, incentives, and compensation-related activities.
• Handle employee grievances, queries, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS, attendance reports, payroll reports, and other HR-related reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding manpower requirements and employee-related matters.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and manpower planning as required.
• Drive employee engagement, communication, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.
• Prepare regular HR updates and report directly to the Head HR/management.
• Handle other HR Generalist responsibilities and administrative activities as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
• Strong understanding of attendance, payroll, compensation, leave management, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience in handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS/reporting.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple HR activities, and coordinate effectively with employees and management.
• Should be comfortable reporting directly to the Head HR and handling confidential employee information.
