Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR operations for the manufacturing plant and corporate office, including recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning and employee retention.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, shifts and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll, overtime, incentives and employee benefits with Finance.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Bonus and Gratuity.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace conflicts and corrective actions.
• Manage performance appraisals, KPIs, employee development and training programs.
• Conduct employee induction, training and awareness programs and maintain required records.
• Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, overtime and manpower costs.
• Maintain employee training and qualification records in compliance with GMP/WHO-GMP requirements.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits with appropriate HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, R&D, Engineering, Finance and Administration departments for manpower and employee-related requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, employee welfare and engagement initiatives.
• Promote workplace discipline, employee motivation, retention and a positive work culture.
• Provide HR reports, manpower updates and recommendations to senior management.
