• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
• Design and maintain performance management systems to measure employee performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards by staying up-to-date on changes in employment legislation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech in Computers).
• Proven expertise in areas such as corporate HR, talent development, retention strategies, performance management system implementation.
