Department: Human Resources Designation: Area HR Manager Locations: Delhi | Hyderabad | Pune | Jaipur | Lucknow | Raipur Experience: 2+ Years Salary: 35,00045,000/month, negotiable based on experience Reporting To: HR Manager / Regional HR Head ROLE OBJECTIVE The Area HR Manager will manage HR activities across 5–8 outlets within the assigned cluster, with ownership of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, retention, compliance and HR policy execution. The role requires regular travel to assigned outlets for HR audits and process reviews. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Hiring Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding. Manage manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring. Build candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, consultants and other channels. HR Operations & Payroll Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities. Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits and other employee changes. Coordinate with the central HR/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS and HR MIS. Resolve employee queries and coordinate with the central HR/payroll team. Area HR Management Act as the HR SPOC for 5–8 outlets and partner with outlet managers on people-related matters. Conduct HR audits and identify gaps in processes, documentation and compliance. Ensure timely closure of HR audit observations. Policies, Engagement & Retention Support creation, implementation and execution of HR policies and SOPs. Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve employee experience. Track attrition and exit reasons and support employee retention initiatives. Identify HR gaps and recommend process improvements. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of relevant HR experience with strong hands-on recruitment experience. Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring. Good understanding of HR Operations, payroll processes, employee lifecycle and HR compliance. Strong communication, people-handling and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS. Ability to manage multiple outlets and take ownership of HR activities. Flexible and comfortable with frequent travel. Experience in multi-location, automobile, retail or frontline hiring is an advantage. TRAVEL Official travel expenses will be covered by the company as per company policy.
