Job Description:

• Leading employee and industrial relations activities to maintain a harmonious work environment and proactively mitigate labor-related risks.
• Managing interactions with employee representatives, government authorities, labor departments, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensuring adherence to all labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and compliance obligations.
• Driving employee engagement, retention, capability development, and talent management initiatives across the site.
• Supporting workforce planning and organizational effectiveness to meet current and future business demands.
• Providing timely resolution of employee issues, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns to minimize operational disruptions.
• Partnering with site leadership on change management, culture-building, and people strategy initiatives.
