Human Resource Manager

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end HR activities for the Greenfield Thermal Power Project at site.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors for manpower deployment and workforce management.
• Support employee engagement, welfare, and grievance handling activities.
• Maintain positive employee and industrial relations at the project site.
• Coordinate with local authorities and government departments whenever required.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, and payroll-related inputs.
• Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower updates for management.
• Support site administration activities including accommodation, transport, canteen, and other employee facilities.
• Work closely with project and functional heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

Any Further Skill

• Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
• Ability to manage contract labour and site HR operations.
• Familiarity with HRMS/SAP and MS Office.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
