Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the plant/factory.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
• Manage contract labour/workmen, attendance, shifts, leave and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, etc.
• Drive employee engagement, training and welfare initiatives at the plant.
• Coordinate with production and other functional teams on manpower and HR requirements.
• Maintain HR MIS and plant-level HR reports.
• Support performance management and HR policies/process implementation.
• Handle audits, inspections and coordination with external/statutory authorities.

Preferred Profile:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing/industrial/ D2C/ Furniture/ mattress Plant setup.
• Strong exposure to IR and labour relations.
• Experience managing blue-collar/workmen and contract labour.
• Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
