Role: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
• Handle employee grievances, statutory grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
• Manage Full & Final Settlements, exits, clearances and employee documentation.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave and HR records.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal and separation processes.
• Coordinate statutory audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and processes.
• Provide HR MIS and support management in employee-related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or relevant field.
• Atleast 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently handle sensitive HR matters.
