Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the IT/SaaS industry to manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Payroll processes.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to selection.
• Manage candidate onboarding and joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and HR processes.
• Coordinate with business teams to fulfill hiring requirements.

Eligibility:

Candidates with 9-12 years of HR experience and prior IT/SaaS industry experience preferred.
