Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for selection.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements during the entire recruitment cycle.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview schedules, and offer extensions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition role.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data management and reporting purposes.
