Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

To build a structured HR system for a 100+ employee organisation and support management in employee management, performance, culture and organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee records.

- Conduct regular one-on-ones and understand employee concerns.

- Monitor employee performance, workload and productivity.

- Identify overworked, underutilised and underperforming employees and recommend solutions.

- Develop KRAs/KPIs and a structured appraisal system.

- Recognise and reward good performers while addressing performance issues.

- Build a positive and accountable company culture.

- Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts at an early stage.

- Develop clear roles, responsibilities and reporting structures.

- Identify manpower requirements and support team restructuring.

- Implement HR policies, training and employee development programmes.

- Provide management with regular HR reports and insights.

Ideal Candidate:

An approachable but firm HR professional who can act as a bridge between management and employees, understand people issues early, maintain discipline and help build a stronger organisation as the company grows.
