Human Resource Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for real estate industry, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Conduct background verification and salary negotiations with selected candidates to ensure a smooth joining process.
• Coordinate offer negotiation between employers and employees to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks related to talent acquisition, employee records management, and compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in human resources or recruitment in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting creation, candidate sourcing strategies, and interview scheduling techniques.
• Proficiency in conducting background verifications and salary negotiations with potential hires.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
