Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 6+ years of experience to independently manage HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and day-to-day HR activities.
• Handle recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
• Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary inputs.
• Manage PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory compliances.
• Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
• Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Prepare HR letters, notices, policies, and employee communications.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR MIS and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR / MBA-HR or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, PF, ESIC, and labour laws.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates with manufacturing/industrial HR experience will be preferred.
