MAK Building System Private Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and help us hire skilled professionals across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and publish job postings for open roles.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for present and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Requirements

• 2 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
