Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and manage the organizations human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and overall development of the workforce.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

Lead the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Oversee performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.

Administer compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee wellness programs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.

Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Partner with department managers to support organizational development and workforce planning.

Manage disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and workplace investigations when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.
