Job title - Human Resources Manager

Job location - Churchgate, Mumbai (2 mins walkable from station)

Salary remuneration - Offer will be based on the qualifications, experience and last drawn CTC of the candidate.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  
• Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in an HR role (Generalist or Coordinator).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
