Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
* Hiring across technical, sales & operations roles
* Monthly payroll and attendance management
* PF, ESIC, Gratuity & Professional Tax compliance
* Performance management and probation reviews
* Employee relations and grievance handling
* HR policies, employee records and documentation
* Exit management and Full & Final settlements
What Were Looking For
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
Hands-on experience in recruitment and payroll
Good understanding of CTC and salary structures
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in technology, hardware, consumer electronics or SME/startup environments will be an advantage
