Role Purpose:
To lead strategic HR initiatives across the group, covering talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations. The role will manage the complete employee lifecycle while driving a high-performance culture and ensuring timely execution of key HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HR projects, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Manage talent development, succession planning, and employee retention.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, HR operations, policies, and SOP compliance.
• Lead Learning & Development and organizational development initiatives.
• Monitor HR analytics including attrition, recruitment TAT, and performance metrics.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management.
• Identify attrition trends and implement corrective retention strategies.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads on HR matters.
