Human Resource Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations and performance management while supporting the companys growth and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, promotions and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Manage performance reviews, PIPs and employee development.
• Partner with managers on recruitment, workforce planning and people matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Work closely with payroll on salary changes, benefits and employee data.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular HR reports and insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Manager/Senior HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee relations and performance management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage confidential matters.
• CIPD/HR qualification is desirable.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growing organisation is an advantage.
