Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR generalist activities such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
• Oversee plant HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive business outcomes through people initiatives.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HRSD (Human Resource Shared Services) principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects related to employee relations, performance management, or talent development.
