Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory-related HR requirements.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
• Manage workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and performance management.
• Coordinate with department heads and factory management to meet manpower requirements.
