CTC: Best in industry depending on experience and suitabilityRole MandateThe selected candidate will be responsible for establishing a structured, professional and scalable HR function across Vapi Group's businesses.The HR Manager will initially assess the existing HR setup and personnel, identify gaps and then design and implement the required HR organization, policies, systems and processes.The candidate will also be empowered, within an approved manpower and operating budget, to build the HR team required to execute the function effectively.
