Human Resource Manager/ Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviewing and onboarding of employees.
• Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
• Manage HR documentation, personnel files and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external consultants/vendors for HR and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA with specialization in HR.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
