Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closures and meet recruitment targets.

Skills Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
