Role Description This remote Human Resource Internship role offers hands-on experience across core HR functions within a fast-paced digital marketing agency. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with recruitment activities, such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The intern will help maintain HR records, support onboarding processes, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Additional tasks can involve updating HR documentation, supporting benefits-related queries under guidance, and collaborating with HR leadership on process improvements. This is an internship role designed to build practical HR skills and expose the intern to real-world people operations in a modern, distributed workplace.
Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in developing HR Management skills.
• Ability to learn and apply HR Policies and contribute to Personnel Management tasks with appropriate supervision.
• Basic awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to support benefits-related administration and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, document editors); experience with HR or collaboration software is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing or agency environments is beneficial but not required.
