Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates and share interview updates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with job postings and onboarding documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates have graduation in Commerce, business, HR related field can be preferred.
