Human Resource Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in recruitment activities, interview coordination, offer generation, salary negotiation and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, references and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and selection updates.
• Assist in offer generation and release of offer letters.
• Discuss salary expectations with candidates and support offer negotiations.
• Follow up with selected candidates for documentation, offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate details in Excel.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Provide support in other Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, including data entry, filters and basic formulas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition are preferred.
