About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and other HR-related activities. This internship offers practical exposure to corporate HR functions and an opportunity to develop essential HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including resume screening and candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support job postings on recruitment portals.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
• Support employee documentation and HR record management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a professional corporate environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: 1 Year
• Stipend for Candidates from B-Schools: 25,000 per month
• Stipend for Candidates from Other Colleges: 20,000 per month
• Location: Hyderabad
