Human Resource Intern

Location: Mulund, Mumbai (In-Office)

Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) and screen resumes against role requirements.
• Telephonic Vetting: Conduct initial calls to check fitment, notice period, and salary expectations.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and align candidate interviews with internal hiring managers (In-person / Online).
• Tracker Management: Maintain daily recruitment trackers/ATS and collect prompt feedback from interviewers.
• Candidate Follow-up: Keep candidates updated on their interview status to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate with 1 year of core recruitment/coordination experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on with job boards, Excel/Google Sheets, and calendar scheduling tools.
• Strong follow-up skills and high attention to detail.
