Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to core HR processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Assist in attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Ensure HR records are updated and organized.

Employee Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and team-building initiatives.
• Coordinate employee communication and feedback processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
