Currently, we have an urgent job opening for the position of HR Intern with our company at the Ghatkopar location.

Position Title: HR Intern

Location: Ghatkopar East

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience Required: Fresher to 1 Year

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Up to 10,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days (3rd & 4th Saturdays off)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, offboarding, and payroll.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in HR documentation, including preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other employee-related documents.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and employee documentation.
• Support payroll processing and HR compliance activities.
