Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a HR Intern who is interested in developing a career in HR Generalist functions. The intern will get practical, hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMS platforms such as Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR activities and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records in Zoho People.
• Manage and update attendance and leave details through Zoho People.
• Assist with payroll-related activities using Zoho Payroll.
• Support payroll inputs including attendance, leave, LOP, and other employee-related information.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee data across Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
• Support employee communication and HR documentation.
• Perform other HR-related activities assigned by the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll is mandatory.
• Candidates should have practical exposure to attendance, leave management, employee records, and payroll-related processes in Zoho.
• Recently completed MBA/PGDM HR, BBA, B.Com, or any HR-related qualification.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Candidates residing near the office location are preferred.
• Must be willing to commit to a 1-year internship.
• A stipend of 1.8 LPA (15,000 per month) will be provided throughout the internship period.

Preferred Candidate:

Candidates who have already worked with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll through a previous internship, academic project, or HR role will be preferred.
