You'll get hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, culture, and systems. You'll work closely with a small but powerful HR team, learn real-world skills, and help shape a workplace that is modern, fun, and growth minded.

What You'll Do:

Talent Acquisition (Future Builders)

• Support the growth engine by helping the team identify and engage with potential talent across functions
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the TA team to understand role needs and assist in finding the right fit
• Contribute to a standout candidate experience by coordinating interviews, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth process end-to-end

HR Operations (The Engine Room)

• Power smooth onboarding journeys that make new joiners feel confident, excited, and set up for success
• Ensure seamless employee support by managing insurance and benefits coordination
• Keep our people systems running flawlessly with clean, organized documentation that strengthens HR efficiency

Employee Life Cycle (People Journeys)

• Own key moments in the employee journey, ensuring information is accurate, updated, and easy to access
• Strengthen organizational trust and compliance through thorough verification and record management
• Help build a structured, reliable HR backbone that supports growth and scaling

Employee Engagement (Culture & Energy)

• Design and run culture-building experiences that energize teams and strengthen belonging
• Create memorable moments through celebrations, wellness days, and team-building rituals
• Champion a modern, youthful, entrepreneurial culture where people feel inspired every day

HR Systems & Analytics (HR Tech)

• Work with modern HR technology to help us streamline processes and operate like a next-gen HR team
• Support digital onboarding and system adoption, helping new joiners navigate tools with confidence
• Build reports and simple dashboards that give leadership visibility, insights, and better decision-making power

Who You Are

• A fresh graduate in Psychology, Management, Commerce, or similar fields
• Super organized, with strong attention to detail
• A clear and confident communicator
• Tech-comfortable: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) & quick to learn new tools
• Curious, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic HR environment
• Someone who enjoys fast-paced, entrepreneurial work cultures
